Taking Measurements
Please take note of the following points when taking your measurements:
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Make sure your pockets are empty.
- Your clothing should have a similar thickness.
- Take the measurements always from left and right side
- Measurements in cm
- Measurements should always be rounded, e.g. 50.5 cm = 51 cm

Step 1: Torso
Measure from the bottom of the dip in your collarbone at the base of your throat, diagonally over your chest, to the top of your hip bone.
The top of the hip bone is approximately the same height off the ground as your belly button.

Step 2: Chest
Measure around the chest at the nipples and hold your arms as shown on the picture. Be sure that the tape is straight and level across the back. Put your arms down and breathe.

Step 3: Legs
Measure around the legs up to the top of the hip bone.

Step 4: Inseam
Hold the tape with two fingers and measure from the center of your crotch down to the floor.

Step 5: Waist
Measure around your waist at your belly button.

Step 6: Long Girth
Measure from the base at your throat. Use the same starting point as the torso measurement.

Step 6: Long Girth
Measure down through your crotch and up your back to the base of the collar.
